Leigh Brown is a 26-year broker and founder of One Community Real Estate®, leading a repeat and referral driven business built on trust and clarity. A second-generation Realtor® and former President of NC REALTORS®, she coaches and challenges real estate professionals to stay grounded and lead with confidence through shifting markets while continuing to actively serve her own clients.

After Hurricane Helene, Leigh and fellow Realtors mobilized to serve families in Western North Carolina rebuilding after disaster. That grassroots effort grew into Patriot Relief, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that continues to support families long after the headlines fade.

Known for her direct style and deep commitment to service, Leigh believes strong women in real estate build more than transactions. They build communities.
